About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with at least 1 year of hands-on experience on Upwork. If you know how to find the right projects, craft winning proposals, and convert leads into clients — this role is for you.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
Write customized, high-converting proposals
Communicate effectively with potential clients
Understand client requirements and align solutions accordingly
Maintain and manage Upwork profile performance (JSS, response rate, etc.)
Build long-term client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams for project execution
✅ Requirements
Minimum 1 year of proven experience on Upwork
Strong understanding of Upwork bidding strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple bids and clients simultaneously
Basic knowledge of IT services (Web, App, Digital Marketing, etc.) is a plus
Self-motivated and target-oriented
